My mom says now that I'm ten, I can do the blog myself. So now I am taking over the blog.

Day at the Beach

On Sunday (Valentine's Day), we went to the beach in Pacifica with Eleven, Zinnia, Emily, and Justin. Eleven and I found a sand crab in a hole and I made a firepit which we filled with stuff from the beach but we didn't get to light a fire in it. We mainly put seaweed and driftwood in it. I got trolled by a big wave. We tried using my new skimboard but it didn't work too well. We need more practice. Afterward, they all came over to our house. We played together a lot. When it was time for Eleven to go home, I tried to stop her from leaving. I tried to hide her in my room. I tried to make it so she was the last one to go out the door so then I could close it before she left and lock the door and hide the key in my stomach so she would have to stay. None of the above worked so I walked her to her car and waved good-bye as she left with her family. Thankfully, she'll be back this weekend for Nicholas's birthday party.

12:1 The Knight at Dawn by Mary Pope Osborne

This is the 2nd book in the Magic Tree House Series. Jack and Annie are the main characters in the books. They discovered a magic treehouse that can go back in time but they still don't know who the owner of the magic treehouse is or why it was in the woods behind their house. I liked it because there was a lot of knights in it and a lot of action. There was a lot of people going after Annie and Jack. They escaped and a knight helped get them back to their treehouse.

Long Time, No Blog

I haven't been around for the last 3mos because my stupid math has been taking me forever to get done (my mom says it would take less time if I sat down and did it but she's wrong). So here are the highlights of the last couple of months in my life:

  • I had a couple of sleepovers with my girlfriend, Eleven. One night we even made a fort under the dining room table and slept there.
  • My soccer team won our regional division and we went to the area tournament in Dec.
  • I got my Black-Brown belt in Kuk Sool Won.
  • I went and competed at the regional Kuk Sool Won tournament.
  • I went to the King Tut exhibit.
  • My cousins came for a couple of visits and once Eleven slept over too.
  • We went to Legoland.
  • We stayed at my great-grandparents cabin in Pine Valley for Christmas and there was snow on the ground!
  • I got my orange ribbon in swim class.
My mom says that I need to get in the habit of blogging more often so I'll be back again tomorrow.

My thoughts on the Constitution of the United States

Today I've learned that the Constitution is the law. The Constitution has some very important things in it like getting rid of paying to vote and that you can't be arrested until they have some proof that you should be arrested. The Constitution also says that you can vote for President every 4 years and that everyone over 18 years old can vote. It says that you can't be arrested and put in jail for years without a trial because then you would just lose a whole bunch of your life for nothing if you hadn't done anything wrong. A cop can't just find something that isn't good, they can't just barge in but have to go a judge and tell them that "I think this guy has this thing in his house. Can I go and check?" and if he finds something else, you still can't be arrested.

What I did this weekend.

This weekend contained the best day of my life! I went to a birthday party on saturday, where I got to do a treasure hunt. I had so much fun at Elevens house, as I had a sleepover there. I got to play Peanut butter and jelly, munchkin, and some of Pirates of the great salt lake while eating dinner, then I got to play slamwich, which was a lot of fun. Then, I tried going to bed, but I couldn't because my knee was hurting. Then, I woke up and started talking to eleven, then, at 11 o clock, I started playing Peanut butter and jelly with eleven and zinnia, and I played a PS3 game with eleven and zinnia, until their dad woke up. then, he made us raspberry waffles, which were delicious, and we had milk to drink. Then, I went outside, put some water into a cup, which I then poured into a container. Then I went inside to play on the PS3. Then we went to Christopher's Birthday party.

I beat my brothers and Ian! ha ha ha!

In the first game, I beat all my brothers and Ian! They stink! Ha ha ha! However, in the second game, Ian beat everyone. I had quite a lot of fun playing Time crisis 3 and two crane games. One of them contained stuffed animals, the other contained all sorts of small toys and candy, which was quite easy to win, and I also got a jawbreaker. On the one that had all stuffed animals, however, I didn't win. I can't wait to go back to bowling next week.
