Christmas trip

Every other year we go to San Diego for Christmas . On the way we make a lot of stops . For lunch we had a little picnic at a gas station with a picnic area. It is a long drive but it was short for me because I git motion sickness . We got to Pin Valley after midnight. When we got there I couldn't wait for Christmas.

This year for Christmas I asked Santa for cooking supplies. He got me a cool set of measuring spoons . I also got a spatula , a set of prep bowls , a knife and two measuring cups. Some other things I got were Kung Fu Panda 2 and a ton of candy . So far I've used everything Santa gave me for Christmas except for the prep bowls.

After we opened the presents we gathered the entire Davis family for Mexican food . Every year we go there for Christmas eve . Then we went to my great grand parents house to open the presents they gave us. They gave me an RC car and clothes.

The day after Christmas we went to our great grand parent's house and tasked. Then we went to the Corvette diner with had 60's decerations . I had chili waffle fries ,spaghette, and ther special pepeermint twist milkshake. After we had lunch wen't ice skating where I fell a lot .Then we went to an extraordinary light show with dinner seats and the food was great.

On the day we were leaving we had to make sure we didn't leave and anything behind . On the way home we met up with Kim and Josie,my mom's friends . We took them to Big Bubea's Bad BBQ were they had a mechanical bull. Dad and us boy's rode the bull . I't was a great and I can't wate to go back.

winter trip

This year for Christmas i asked santu for cooking suplise he choosis . He got me a lot of stuf . He got me a cool set methering spoons. He got me a spachoolu ,a set of prep boles , a nife , a big cup and a littel one. He gave me kung fu pandu 2. He gave me a tun of candy. Then after all that we wen to the Corvette diner after that we went ice scating. then we had mekxukin for dinner.

Bike to Monterey

I have been talking about biking to Moneraey but we will have to trane. I was thinking of biking past H. M. B. then to Ian's house. I think we will go half way and spend a night in Santa Cruz. It will take a year of training to work up to it. But first I need my bike fixed because the suspension broke.

Mori point

Wen we did Mori Point on November 3 it was raining. Becus it was sunny in mos beach we dresd for worm wether so wen got there we were wet. We were the onle ones there wich is a bumer be cus the earth was grate for planting. We got our swetr and hats. Wen we were don we got hot chocolet.

The Haunted House

There was a Haunted House at pumpkin festival and I was in it for y a w. Wen I was did it I had partners they yuzely looked like me. At the guiuotien I rily wonted to see the pancake brekfist. In one of the control rooms I hrot my foot and in a akting stashin I hort my hand. I cant wate till next year.

KP

Killer Pizza is the name of the book I've been reading. Killer Pizza is the mane place in the book.Toby is a chef in the book and he rooks there at KP. He wonted to be a chef not a monster fitter. This is not wot he sined up to. I don't wont to spol it for you but its 330 pagis.

My favorite three chef's

I wrote this essay because I love to cook. These are my favorite three chefs besides my dad. My favorite chef is Gordon Ramsey frankly. What they have in common is how they cook.They always start from scratch and I love how they make theirs specials. they always make it simple but it always cooks great. I will tell you the rest about them in the other paragraphs.

Gordon Ramsey is the best chef in the world. We tried his lamb and it was great. He's even gone to

India. I've seen all his shows. Some day, I want to be just like him.

Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution is about Jamie Oliver when he goes around the country trying to

make healthy food come into schools because a lot of kids are fat. Some schools change, some don't.

One school was nice and did whatever they could to get him in for as long as they could. The other schools

wouldn't let him in. When he left, everything went back to the same thing it used to be.

Alton Brown has a show called "Good Eats". Good Eats is about Alton Brown making healthy food.

One time he put a piece of broccoli in a piece of candy. On another episode, he made a great steak.

I can't remember anything else.

Watching these chefs has inspired me to cook,eat healthy, and bake. Gordon Ramsey started

me wanting to cook the most. Jamie Oliver inspired me to eat right from his food revolution. Alton

Brown inspired me to make healthy Someday I will be a chef in a place like Flavor.
